Our Snowshoe Hare Hunting Trips in Maine
Sunrise Ridge
offers outstanding Snowshoe Hare hunting and
combination trips from October1 to March 31.
These hunts are world class. The Hare population
in Maine has exploded in recent years. So,
it's possible (and likely) to harvest your
daily limit (that's currently 4 hares per
person).
You can hunt
with our Beagles, or you can bring your own.
Guided or unguided.It’s your choice; it’s your
vacation !
NOTE
1: This
is a great hunt for young as well as seasoned
hunters. With its fast paced action it’s sure
to put a smile on everyone’s face! Please contact
us for information on pricing.
NOTE
2: A 50% deposit is required when
making reservations, and the remaining balance
is due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits are
non-refundable, but you are welcome to choose
someone else to take your place. Personal checks
are welcome for deposits ONLY.

Compass (never go into the woods without one)
Warm clothing (evenings can get cool)
Rubber boots
Flashlight and knife
Padded cushion
Big Game license from your home state (in order
to purchase a Maine hunting license).
Cooler for meat
Hunter orange clothing: Two pieces of orange during deer season and one piece of orange during Moose season (one article of clothing must be a hat)
Full camouflage suit with face mask (for Bear
over bait trips)
